Orange Audubon Society

Upcoming Public Programs

General information on meetings:

The June meeting includes a potluck dinner beginning at 6:00pm, followed by a slide presentation of the entries and winners of the Chertok Nature Photography Contest.

Board meetings are held September through May immediately preceding the general meetings and begin at 5:30pm. These meetings are open to any Orange Audubon member. No board meeting are scheduled for June or August. The summer board meeting is held in July at a place and time designated by the incoming OAS president.

Come early to our monthly meetings at Leu Gardens. Watch the sun set on Lake Rowena, stroll the +40 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens, bring a picnic supper. Admission to the Gardens is free if you're attending our monthly meeting.

"THINK GLOBALLY, ACT LOCALLY, COMMIT INDIVIDUALLY"

The purpose and dedication of Orange Audubon Society (OAS) is to promote public understanding of, and interest in, wildlife and the environment that supports it. OAS' education programs foster the recognition of the intangible values in the remaining natural beauty of Florida and the World, and the responsibility for the conservation of the Earth's remaining natural resources.

Members are encouraged to participate on any of the special committees. Contact the chair of the committee to offer your help.
