Kit and Sidney Chertok Nature Photography Contest Entry Form

Contest rules (summarized, for complete rules see Photo Contest ):
  • Only digital images in *.jpg format and less than 1MB in size
  • All images submitted must be readable by PC-based applications
  • Make sure that your name and address are printed on the CD.
  • Limit of four (4) images per entrant, in any combination of categories
  • Images must be clearly identified and numbered (1,2,3,4), which correspond to entry form
  • Images cannot show humans, human-made structures or artifacts, or significant non-native (to Florida) fauna and/or flora
  • Images must follow the contest theme
  • Deadline for submission is May 17, 2007 (postmark date); April 19, 2007 (receiving date for pre-screening)
Entry Fee: $3.00 per image -- entrants 17 years old or younger
                  $5.00 per image -- Orange Audubon members (membership application mailed WITH photo entry)
                  $7.00 per image -- non-Audubon members
Make photo contest check payable to Orange Audubon Society and include with contest entry form and CD.
